I am not a content guy. I own subprime loan stores. I run a lending operation in Dallas. I have spent more than 20 years in payday, car title, installment, Texas CAB, and tribal lending, as an operator, a consultant, and an investor, through Trihouse Consulting.
Every product on this page came out of something that cost me money first. The forms in The Bible are the forms my stores use. The Pro Forma tool is the spreadsheet I run before I open a location. Boot Camp happens inside a live loan center with real customers at the counter. 14-Day Lending Pro is built the way we built CashMax University for a multi-store Texas operator.
More than 5,000 operators read the newsletter. Most of them found this page the same way you did: they had a problem, and they wanted the answer from someone who had already paid for it.
I am new. Do I buy The Bible or the Playbook?
If you buy one, buy The Bible. It is the 500-page operating manual with the forms, the KPIs, and the vendor list, and it includes a 30-minute call with me. The 2027 Playbook is 98 pages and built for a faster read, especially for an owner adding lending to an existing business. Plenty of operators own both. Nobody has regretted starting with The Bible.
I bought the Texas CSO/CAB guide. Do I still need The Bible?
Yes, if you intend to make money. The Texas guide covers the Credit Access Business structure and licensing. It does not teach underwriting, collections, marketing, or store operations. The Bible does, and it applies in every state. The CAB guide tells you how to be legal in Texas. The Bible tells you how to be profitable anywhere.
What is the difference between Boot Camp and 14-Day Lending Pro?
Boot Camp is for you, the owner or future owner. Two days inside a live loan center, working the counter, taking applications, making loans, and working collections before you spend a dollar on your own store. 14-Day Lending Pro is for your employees. It is online, it takes a new hire from day one to customer-ready in 14 days, and it ends with a credential your HR file can hold.
Is the 15-minute strategy call really free?
Yes. No purchase required and no pitch script. Bring one problem: your state, your capital, your store, your loan book. You leave with a next step and an honest answer on whether we should keep talking. If I cannot help you, I will say so in the first five minutes.
How are the digital products delivered?
eBooks, reports, and the Pro Forma tool are delivered as downloads immediately after purchase. The Bible includes scheduling for your 30-minute call. Boot Camp, consulting, and custom training are scheduled with you after you book.
Do these products cover online lending or just storefronts?
Both. The Bible covers storefront and online operations. The 2027 Playbook includes a section written for the multi-state team going digital. The State-by-State Title Report is about where you can lend, which matters whether the borrower walks in or applies on a phone.
Is any of this legal or regulatory advice?
No. Everything on this page is education from an operator, not advice from a lawyer. State and federal rules change, sometimes mid-year, and the state-specific information in these products should be treated as subject to change. Verify current rules with your state regulator and your own counsel before you lend.
